5. Pupil Numbers: 28 pupils. Current Year 4 There are 14 primary schools within the E.A.Z, each of which will provide two students.

Detailed statement of objectives for the project

 

Specific learning and teaching objectives.

  1. To be able to effectively use accelerated learning strategies.
  2. To stretch and enhance children’s educational achievement.
  3. To enrich educational experiences and enable children to engage with material and experiences they would not normally encounter.
  4. To promote and develop problem solving skills.
  5. To develop interpersonal and social skills.
  6. To develop presentational and communication skills.
  7. To improve children’s self esteem.
  8. To improve and broaden children’s aspirations.
  9. To enable children to develop and express their own opinions and points of view.
