The Forbidden Forest 2

Only fools enter the 'Forbidden Forest'

Mr Holland told us how Harry felt, alone in the Forbidden Forest

The day is cold and we walk into the Forbidden Forest not daring to walk into any of the trees surrounding us. The Forbidden Forest looked dark and lonely. It looked dark and lonely because there was no sun shining through the trees and there was no light at all. It was pitch black like the sky on a dark and spooky night. The trees would surround you if you ever went into the forest. All we heard was the sound of lambs, sheep and the small  streams tinkling where the water spread into the stream. We walked and walked, sometimes stopping to listen to Mr Holland who was leading us (or some of us!) The boys were in front and the girls were just behind. We walked up a hill and stopped when we got to the top because our teacher, Mr Holland wanted to tell us how Harry felt when he was in the Forbidden Forest on his own. Mrs Smith read aloud, the part of the story about the Forbidden Forest and we all got scared. We walked a little further on after that and crossed a bridge, it was scary but Mr Holland told me it was stable and that it wouldn't fall down. We walked along a sandy path and out of the forest.
