Today we went to the Hull Daily Mail in town to learn how newspapers are printed and written.

At first we listened to a man called Stuart who told us about newspapers and then we looked around the Hull Daily Mail. We went into the offices to see the staff working and a tour guide told us what they were doing. We then went into the printing room and it was very noisy so we had to wear earplugs.

At the end of our tour we went back into the room that we first went into and another man who was also called Stuart told us about the Hull Daily Mail WebPages which can be found on www.thisishull.co.uk
