Day 2, Thursday 27 July

Andrew White came in from British Aerospace and talked about the history of flight, then we made our own planes which we tested in the hall. Some were successful, some were not!

At lunchtime we went on the computers to finish writing our report, then afterwards we went on the Internet.

After lunch Andrew White showed us a flat plane like a stealth bomber on the playground, then we tested our aeroplanes outside.

Chris commented, "This has been the best day so far I have really enjoyed making planes!!" Tammy only joined the summer school today, she said, "My plane kept falling apart but I really enjoyed today!" Kyra agrees with Tammy! Finally, Michael says," I really enjoyed writing on the computers, I cant wait until tomorrow!".
