Hull Daily Mail

At Hull Daily Mail we talked about what different papers were for. Our group Speedolite Enterprise and four different people were in one group with a tourer. He took us around the Hull Daily Mail and it was very interesting, we went into a very loud room were papers were made and printed. Then we went back to the meeting room. Also we had to wear blue bags over our feet and ear plugs in our ears, this was because we be deafened by the noise and we had to wear bags over our feet because they was ink on the floor

This was the tour around the Hull Daily Mail.

This is the press printer which goes at high speed.

This printing press can print over 60,000 papers in a hour at top speed. Itis a very loud machine because it workes at high speed., so when you go in you have to were ear plugs and blue bags to stop you getting ink on your shoes.
The whole summer school listening to one of the people who showed us around the Daily Mail then we got split up into groups. We found out who was our tourer there was 36 children in the summer school.

This is were we were introduced to the guides.
