Today 30 able children from the Bransholme and Sutton
Park area, began the first day of a special summer school
for gifted and talanted children. Sutton Park Primary
School are the hosts for this event. During
the morning session we participated in work on multiple
intelligences, presented by John Fewings.
During lunchtime we had a demonstration
of circus skills, then we had the chance to try our hand
at juggling, balancing and devil sticks. We hope to use
the skills we have learned today, during the rest of the
two weeks left at summer school. Our first task was to
write this report following a presentation given by
Stuart Markham from the Hull Daily Dail Mail.
We are orginised in six different
groups, ours is Feren's 5+1 .The group is made up of Neil
Moore, James Champion, Jennifer Wilkinson, Nicola Atkins,
Amy Reed and Chris Holland, from the E.A.Z
