'	DAILY DIARY 27th JULY 1999

The gifted and talented children attending the summer school have been to visit the site of the futuristic Deep development,a place telling you about the worlds oceans.

The picture on the left shows what the site looks like now, and the picture on the right shows what they hope it will look like in the future.

The group then visited the Tidal Barrier,on the river Hull.They were using digital cameras and their memories to record all of the sights.

That afternoon they visited the University of Linconshire and Humberside Architecture department were they re-designed this building. Group 3 designed it as a seafood restaraunt with a jazzy theme,incorporating a balcony over the river,a sea themed conservatory all within the the outside frame of the original building.
