Community working in the school

The EAZ has played the role of critical friend at all times and at all levels within the school. Supporting, challenging, asking the questions but always being positive and with immediate support and help when necessary.

The EAZ and Kingswood School have developed common aims and mutual support for each other. Working in real partnership the EAZ has been able to help with:

Developing innovative solutions to problems, the Year 7 area, ALP and Children's University.
Building external partnerships.
The EAZ Project Director sitting on the Governing Body.
